CANCELLATION POLICY

Until 20 October 2026 (inclusive), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, with no entitlement to the congress documentation.

From 21 October 2026 (inclusive), no refund will be made. In this case, participants will be entitled to the congress documentation.

All cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds will be processed once the event has concluded.
